Different people have different opinions when apply and they charge us a lot when move out, even we clean the apartment and make it looks same look when we move in. If you need things got repaired, you need to complain several times.
Not safe to live here,my car was smashed here and no one care about it.
Can’t use the court in evening because they don’t open the light and our nearby swimming pool was closed all over the summer.

I had a very sweet experience when I went to tour the apartments. Geralyn explained the application process perfectly. I feel confident in making this my new home.

We moved into Riverset in 2021 and originally liked it, but noticed because we didn't have a gate, crime seemed to gravitate towards Riverset, especially seeing car break-ins and unwanted guests. Some apt buildings would be worn down and not appealing to look at, some with broken windows. However, I generally felt safe there. When they got a gate, I honestly didn't see any car break-ins on my side of the complex after the gate was set up and finally working. The maintenance workers were very friendly, as well. Overall, I'd rate my time here a 4/5 for the fact that it's gotten much better from moving in back in 2021.

The grounds were well kept. The common areas were clean, and the apartment size was good. Jose was my guide and he was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.

I came here for a tour and was no greeted when i walked in or sat down at all. I was given absolutely no information on the apartment , fees or rent. The woman seemed like she was trying to make me NOT want to move in. The apartment itself was nothing special , dark carpets , yellow-cream colored walls, and very small. When we walked back inside , when everywhere else i toured would give me a break down and a sheet to take home with some information and i was just told “you have my card, call me when you want to apply.” I had high hopes for this apartment but they quickly diminished.

Everything from our tour seemed great, it wasn’t until we realized we were given so much incorrect information on said tour during the application process that things went awry and literally haven’t stopped going wrong since. Bad maintenance, bad management, terrible security, things aren’t unkept, I could go on for days, but I have to wait on maintenance to come in for the fifth (?) time to fix an active leak that they don’t know what is causing and they have broken the appointment we had to fix it. They are cheaper than everything else for a reason.

I was very satisfied with my tour today. The apartment was beautiful as I expected. Ms. Geralyn was extremely helpful & informative. This by far has been one of the best tours. Thank you for the excellent service provided.

I just toured an apartment with Jose and I must say this was by far the most pleasant apartment viewing I’ve had. He had excellent customer service, was super polite, maintained a smile the whole time and was very knowledgeable about all the apartment has to offer. He made sure on the way to the apartment to show me amenities I didn’t even know the complex had - 5 swimming pools?! A billiards room?! A fitness center in excellent condition!! There are more amenities that he showed me that I’ve forgotten now as I’m in shock at how much this complex has to offer! Thank you so much for a great experience today!
