The staff is great: knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They really treat Rivian owners like part of the family. Part of the waiting area is also set up like a hotelling office: secure wifi, and even USB3 monitors to connect to your laptop. If you need service, it's a great place to get your Rivian taken care of.

Great service and facility. I didn't have to spend much time there at all but it appears very comfortable if you have to wait.
