The store is a complete utter mess, whomever is in charge needs to be FIRED!!!
Why in the entire hell do y'all have cashiers checking people out putting the items in the bag and having you pay for your items, giving you your bags just to be greeted by a security guard getting your receipt then asking you "TO OPEN YOUR BAG UP" SO HE CAN SEE what's in it?
The cashier just did that literally rang up everything and I still gotta be searched after I paid for my stuff.
Never again!!! I have never encountered that at no Ross!!

This place barely had anything interesting to buy and most of the stuff was in horrible quality and thrown in the floor. I’d like to shop at this place but the entire environment makes it impossible to and don’t get me started on the workers. There’s so many registers in the store but yet there is only one woman who works there while the other lazy mfs just sit back on their phone.

For the deals this is a great place to stop. For the location and the community around this establishment. People need to be more mindful of what the staff has to deal with. From the language barriers to the BLANTANT disrespect from the customers. The people that try to get over. The kids running and playing ALL over the store under the clothing racks. I literally saw children opening candy, food and females with bonnets on stealing clothing and fragrance. The store manager C.Spears bless, because this store with the traffic are a lot to deal with. Even as a customer, I admire her and her staff, Ms. Vicki, was very sweet. Ms. Meechie was helping keep the line under control. It's sad that this Billion dollar company will allow for the traffic to destroy the store and allow these women to over work and still be disrespected by certain customers. The security guard. He was very adamant about his job at the door and the severity behind it. I shop at all the love allthe Ross', so they are a little tick for tack. But I do think Ross could make it better for their employees so they don't have to try and work so hard and still be disrespected by the people they HAVE to serve. Overall I always find what I am looking for at this store, I am able to find some deals. And the staff is getting a whole lot better than 2yrs ago. If I could give more stars for other things I would, if all else keep up the good work Ross on Summer, See you Tuesday 10% off on my day.

The Ross on Summer Ave is the worst I've ever been to. The attitude of the workers are horrible, and the manager has the same nasty attitude. I'll never shop there again. I watched the cashier literally take 2 minutes scratching off a price tag and then tell me it cost more. And to make matters worse, the line was super long and she had previously argued with another customer!

Absolutely the worst Ross in Memphis. The store is such a disaster that the clothing is covering both the top of the racks and the floor. The clothes are covered in dust and I'm assuming because they've been kicked around the floor. The hangers are so mislabeled that you spend more time searching for your size. The line was so long that people kept walking out but for a visual (if you've ever been inside) of how long, it wrapped around the ropes near the register and back down the center (main aisle) to the dressing room. This is such a sad site.
