Ross has been my favorite store for the last 7 years,great items for very affordable prices. Quality and even some name brand items, However,over the last 3 years they have tremendously declined. Now,the Riverdale location should be ashamed of themselves,store is dirty,junky,and unorganized.Clothes are no longer arranged by size,just stuff everywhere.Its obvious they do not reset the store when they close,just count the money and leave, truly a reflection of poor mgmt.

One of the best Ross I’ve been to of all time, and I’ve been to many Ross in different states but this one is by far the best. When I came inside everything is clean and they even have security there which make me feel safe shopping. I go anime figure hunting, and when I came here I got really funko pops and anime figurines. The items were on the shelf really nicely and it made it easy for me to find items I was looking for and I even got a special addition My Hero Acadmeia Hawks bobble head and I got a Giyuu Tomioka figurine and I was really happy to has found these items but I wish that they had some my hero academia figurines because every other Ross sometimes has them but it’s usually just 2 kinds of characters. In general, this store is really nice and the staff is great and nice, the lines weren’t long and I easily found what I was looking for.

Rude customer service at the register is driving business away from this location. I was about to purchase a piece of furniture but forgot my credit card in the car. I informed the cashier and she said “WELL WE’RE NOT SUPPOSED TO HOLD”. So I said oh that’s fine put it back. I actually found the same item, brand new, and in a cleaner condition on Amazon for a lot cheaper while I was in the parking lot. This place needs to be cleansed of its extremely unprofessional associates. I no longer enjoy shopping here at all.
I do want to compliment the male associate who helped me bring the furniture to the front and the greater! More associates like this need to be employed
