The Store Is Always Neat. Customer Service Is Always Great. I Went Into The Store Today To Exchange A Top And The Two Workers Armand Hudson And Isaiah Were Extremely Nice And Professional. They Got Me In And Out In Seconds. Thank You Rue 21!!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’d give 0 stars if I could! The cashier charged me for the wrong items and over charged me! When i brought back the receipt and items they refused to give me a refund because somehow the cashier gave me someone else’s receipt and charged me for their items! They got really disrespectful with me by laughing and talking bad about me with the other coworkers. One girl raised her voice at me and at first refused to let me speak to a manager. She even tried to accuse me of lying when she continued to question if i really paid for it! Like how else would I have gotten the receipt ,bag, and items ??? They found out that the cashier had voided my receipt and charged me for somebody’s previous transaction. After standing up there for 2 HOURS they finally gave me a refund. This experience was completely the worst I’ve ever experience when shopping and I will NEVER shop here again!
