Apparently they are so hard up they are driving the streets running up to houses hanging door hangers.Idiots running through yards and acting a fool. That made my decision to donate elsewhere.

I came July 10, 2023. They seem to have moved. Closed up and building empty. Items scattered all over front entrance. Take your things to another location.

Made multiple donations, and they always assist in bringing the stuff in without even asking. Very polite and friendly.

I checked the website yesterday (Thursday 6/25) to make sure this store was open before I packed up 15 bags of very nice, barely worn ladies clothing. Our family had decided to donate these to the Salvation Army. Upon arrival, I found the area around the store with a considerable amount of debris, furniture, and at least 10 large wheeled carts strewn about in the parking lot on the south side of the building. The place looked abandoned. A sign on the door said "Closed". Another sign indicated they are closed on Thursday's! I was greatly disappointed. The SA could certainly put forth a little more effort in keeping their donation center clean and welcoming. (I wish I had taken pictures.) Not wanting to keep these clothes in the back of my pickup truck overnight, I decided to go to the Goodwill donation center in Collierville. The overall appearance of this location and the personnel working there certainly made a better impression on me.

This is only a donation drop off not a store even though the internet say’s its a donation & store! They should update the internet so you’re not wasting your time driving to what you think is a store!

Easy drop off. Friendly, helpful staff. Proceeds go to good use.

The people here are always nice and offer to help. We brought a ton of stuff up here when we moved and always got a receipt. Easy drive up to the front door and drop your things off. They don't like old computer monitors but did take one of mine because we were frequent customers. In the past, we have given donations to Goodwill and will probably give some more in the future but I expect the ease and convenience of this store will siphon off most of our future items.

I really appreciated the help from the people at this donor location. I brought a lot of things for donation, and it filled my trunk and back seat. The guys wouldn't let me lift anything heavy out myself when unloading, were very pleasant and extremely courteous. They actually expressed gratitude for donations in a way I haven't experienced at other donation centers, and I have to say that was a pleasant surprise.

I love what the Salvation Army does and how much they help people throughout our community. They are a true charitable organization unlike a lot of others. However, this is the second time I have been here and they have not been open during their business hours. I only know their business hours as I had to call to find out. There are no business hours posted on the building even though when I was here over a month ago to try to donate I called and left them a message, because no one answered, to let them know that they need to post the hours so contributors would know when to come by.
