The product I wanted showed on site but when I purchased it was the wrong item, I called the customer service and to have them change to the actual item I wanted and the lady said they didn't have, so I requested the order be cancelled and refund me, why did they ship, now this is a same day purchase, I've sent several emails and text to number to customer service. The customer service is so horrible here. It is plain sad. They treat costumer like we aren’t there to spend money. The lady yell at my manager over phone when she tried to ask for an invoice. The fact is they don’t care because we have limit nail supply options here. I know once someone give them some real competition then they will feel a different way about treating their costumers with respect.

Unprofessionalthey are very rude and racist to majority of their CustomerIt say they close at 6pm but I made it at 5:15pm and the lady and husband stood at door watching instead of saying they close wouldn’t recommend. Anyone to go there and make this there last Option

The polishes are very thin! Probably altered. Two of my polishes broke. I’m very disappointed. They have a chat but no one responds. They also forgot my mental cuticle pusher item 2915. If this is not corrected I’m never ordering again!

They have a big variety of things. The Asian men in there is rude. The Asian women , and African American man is super nice. I really wish they had prices on their product so we can shop without constantly having to bother the black guy for prices.

Love this place. Pricing nice and the African American guy is so helpful and knowledgeable. The Asians there don’t speak but I don’t mind. They don’t bother me I don’t bother them. I go like once a week.

My wife just started back doing nails and found Sam's nail Supply. Someone told her about it, but said they were rude and disrespectful. She's been there 4 or 5 times now and just loves it. No problems at all and she likes the prices too!!
