Mr Winston and his crew are amazing. I will only ever go to the Covington Pike Sam’s because he has such wonderful customer service and takes care of his customers 100%! Not only does he help you get the best deal, but he does it as quick as possible with a smile on his face even when things don’t go as planned or computers crash or your card doesn’t work he still has a smile on his face, and treats you with kindness, and I appreciate that so much !

They won't bring your order out to you anymore at any of the pickup spots. They make you pull to the blue door now and have to fight traffic. Ridiculous. Nothing but abunch of lazy a$$ people. Will be going to Bartlett from now on.

Joined up just last year...the wait In the check out line usually shorter if you are paying with card. Still, it's better to go during Off peak hours. One employee there in particular was very friendly and Helpful to me...Guage (or Cauge?) his name was. While busy at another task with a couple of other employees I asked him about a specific detergent product I bought there before. They happened not to have that specific brand..it turned out ..but he had very politely dropped his other task without my asking or expecting him to...to make a brief but concerted effort to check for me...then immediately after that he made a couple of helpful recommendations or product brand suggestions along those lines. Very professional and congenial.

I barely write a bad review about any grocery stores, but I need to do so today after very poor customer service experience at Sam's club in Memphis, TN.I got my Plus memebrship (~100 USD) in Sep2022, and ordered foods,houshold items specifically by delivery or shipping. Since Jan2023 I tried ~10 times to order grocery items online, but my orders were cancelled without reciving any emails or notifications or explanations. Just yesterday I contacted the customer service, and after 2hrs inspection they emailed me "After Further review of your membership, activity has revealed a history of unusual behavior. So, we're exercising our right to restrict online returns and purchases with your membership. Additional information regarding membership restrictions is outlined in the Terms and Conditions of Membership on our website". This is indeed nonsense, after inquiring why this decision has been made I recieved another email "I do apologize but this decision was made by a department that is bound by legal policy. It is final and would not be reversed, take care and I do apologize again."Man, this is BS. I would never recommend this store to anyone because of exteremly poor customer service.

I recently bought a tire at Sam's. It is already leaking. I have little to no availability. I called to try to inquire about hours because the hours listed online are not correct. I asked about when they closed and what their weekend hours were. The man got irritated that I needed to know the hours for the weekend too. He just hung up on me. When I called back to ask his name, he hung up again. This person should not be on phones.

I hadn't been to Sam's in years, but my overall shopping experience was good. I didn't have any issues finding the merchandise I was looking for. I even saw extras no I didn't pick them up. Lol The food and vegetables are fresh and well packaged. The staff was very helpful and professional. I didn't have to wait in line long at all. Yes, I recommend this location to all shoppers.

They are very professional when it comes to the tire department. I use them for the reasonable price and warranty. They let you know the full process and make sure you know when to come in for your maintenance.
