About 7:40 pm tonight. Asked the gas attendant about a receipt, and he told me, "Get away from me, bruh. I asked if he worked there, and he said, "Yeah, now get away from me with that." Needless to say he was unprofessional as hell, but am I surprised though? This is the difference between the caliber of Costco and Sam's. Told the manager Prairryn (something like that) she seemed unconcerned and I'm positive she wasn't gonna do a thing. The black male manager helped and at least asked if I wanted to write a statement. Again, that could go nowhere, but at least it looked as though he gave a damn.

When checking the status of the store online, it says open, but when I go, there they say it's closed. I'm going to the store for two days now and they are sending customers back. Then why don't they change the status to close instead of open? At least people will not have to go out and return empty hand and drive in bad road conditions. I came back home and still see the status of the store is open.

Bakery department NEVER answer the phone. I have been calling since the beginning of January and still haven’t gotten an answer. It’s kind of frustrating. I love shopping at Sam’s but this location is not it!

On January 4, 2024 I placed a curbside order for 206.00, they text me to let me know that it was available but for pick up when I got there I texted them the space number and I waited and I waited for at least almost 2 hours to be exact because I thought that they had a huge crowd, and I need my order. I couldn’t go in because of a disability that I have. I finally contacted customer service and gave them my order number and they told me that my order had already been delivered I was livid, because I had not received my order. The policy that they have is that worker supposed to ask for ID identification before they give your order to you or anybody else, in this case apparently they didn’t ask for ID and my order was given to somebody else either intentionally or by accident either way I didn’t receive my order and now I’m having an issue with being reimbursed. They said I have to come inside in-order to be reimbursed but I have a disability, hence the reason for curbside delivery. They should reprimand whoever it was that gave my order away. I actually believe it was an inside job because I order curbside on a regular basis and when they ask you what parking space you’re in they will text back and say someone will be out shortly with your order, but I never received that text saying someone will be out shortly with your order after I texted back the parking space I was in. That’s the reason why I think it was intercepted by one of the workers there, and believe it was an inside job. They need to roll back the cameras and see who received my order outside and what worker left the store with the order on the cart and gave it to somebody waiting on the outside. This is theft no matter how you look at it this is robbery by there dishonest workers. This is the first time that this has happened to me with my entire order was stolen, but this is not the first time that I have had extremely bad service from Sams Club On Winchester’s curbside delivery. If they don’t wanna work they need to go home Sams need to get rid of them and get somebody who does want to work.Sams has not contacted me regarding my stolen order or refund since I made my initial complaint. I’m having to constantly call them about refunding my $206 to my account. I will never use Sam’s curbside delivery again and I’m getting ready to discontinue using their services and go to the other club down the street.

The customer service here is absolutely terrible and a nightmare to deal with. Ive been trying to get in contact with management for the last three weeks. And whats sad is the online customer service agrees with me. I sat on the phone with online customer service last Friday and we were trying to get in touch with the staff at this store and for almost 40 minutes the phone rang and then people would answer to hang up in our face. I called the entire weekend going into the week and nothing. Online customer seevice said they have yet to get in contact with them. In fact i just called again and still no answer. They just let the phone ring all day.The issue is i pay for a membership and my orders arent being delievered. When they are delievered its to the wrong person, hours later , or not delievered correctly. Im extremely unhappy with the way this store handles situations like these. After my membership expires (which was auto renewed without my consent. FYI to all the nee people looking to get a sams membership. The first thing you should do is go to your settings and turn that off cause it’s automatically on without your consent.) i will be screaming from the hill tops to whoever will listen. Dont waste your money here. Go somewhere else who appreciates their customers. And if you do decide to get a membership at sams, please go to a different location. This one refuses to handle customer complaints and doesnt know how to get their staff in line to do their jobs. If i could rate this place 0 stars I would. Maybe this review would get someone to call me back. I usually dont make reviews but after months of literal frustration i felt i had no choice

I am always able to find my items, but some of the cashiers and management need customer service training classes.
