The service technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. He keep me informed of what to expect and the informed me of how the parts would arrive. He showed me how the washing machine was leaking oil from the transmission.

He was rude and unprofessional. my refrigerator is not functioning properly and not cooling. I have been without a working refrigerator since April 28,2024. Sears should know better and this is unfair .
