“This is my first experience with researching and reserving self-storage units and Adrian made things so easy for me. When I called and explained what I needed, she asked all the right questions and was very personable while trying to make sure I got all of my needs met. When I explained that my items would be arriving via tractor trailer, she actually took a look at the street view of the facility and used her own trucking experience to determine which location would best accommodate me. She was even able to find me a climate controlled unit that was outside so that you could pull directly up to the door. She described this as a unicorn and even help to get me the best pricing. Since I'm in a different city, my mom will be going to check out the unit next week, but my experience so far has been excellent!”
