I had an excellent experience at ExtraSpace Storage on Mt. Moriah Rd. in Memphis, TN. Nicole provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
My company previously had both a storage unit and trailer parking space at another location near Poplar and Tillman (DO NOT RECOMMEND), but after ending that contract, we came here—and we’re glad we did. Nicole made the transition easy and took the time to answer all of our questions. Her attention to detail and willingness to help gave us confidence that we made the right decision.
