“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at ExtraSpace Storage on Mt. Moriah Rd. in Memphis, TN. Nicole provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. My company previously had both a storage unit and trailer parking space at another location near Poplar and Tillman (DO NOT RECOMMEND), but after ending that contract, we came here—and we’re glad we did. Nicole made the transition easy and took the time to answer all of our questions. Her attention to detail and willingness to help gave us confidence that we made the right decision. Because of the great service we received, our company plans to do more business at this location in the future. If you’re looking for a storage facility with excellent customer service, I highly recommend this location and especially Nicole. Thank you for making the process smooth and stress-free!”

“I have always had Great experiences with your employee Bryant Brooks. He definitely cares about acknowledging and helping every customer I see while I’m there. He is friendly and knows his stuff. His energy and smiles makes the experience that much better. I think that is contagious because I know I have shown up with other things going on, but the Great customer service always geared my focus back to the task at hand. This one is definitely a keeper. Thanks for the great customer service. Things would be so much better if we had more people like this in the world. 10/10!!”
