I give it a one star because of the service department. I bought my 2025 Equinox Activ, April of this year and it I love it and gave me no
Problems. October 28th my check engine light came on and the Chevy app told me it was something in the Throttle system control, I called the service department because they didn’t have appointments available for weeks, the woman on the phone said I can bring in that day but it’ll have to stay for a week. I was annoyed but fine with it cause it’s a week. When I arrived my advisor told me it’ll be two weeks, I wasn’t ready to hear that. I asked for a loaner since I was going to be out of a car for two weeks, he said they didn’t have any available but will look out for me. I called two weeks later to get an update on my car, he told me it’ll hasn’t been looked at yet. I was very upset to hear as I have been paying out of pocket for rental, I went up there on November 7th to get my car back and take it to another Chevy dealership since they have been no help, I was told the car is in the shop and the can’t get it out but the car had multiple misfires and it needed to be looked at it that’s why it’s been so long. As of November 24th my car is still there and I haven’t had any update from my advisor, every time I call I get sent to voicemail and he doesn’t call back!! I am $2,000 in for a rental and they are no help with getting me a loaner or getting me rental through my warranty!! They communication is far pass poor!! I now have to file a lemon law due to this!! I recommend going somewhere else if you car is having service issues because they do not care!! I am so upset, annoyed and irritated!!

I found a couple 2026 Chevy Traverses at your dealership online before we came so I kind of knew what I was looking for. We were greeted right away by Chris. We looked at the RS and the High Country. Chris explained the differences in the two. He was very helpful. We chose to drive the RS and I loved it! We left to drive a few more cars at other dealerships but came back to Serra for the RS. Jeremy helped us from that point and he did a great job! We were in and out in about two hours. He took the time to tell me about all the gadgets, apps, etc. in the vehicle and we took it for a spin so he could show me how the super cruise worked. We had a great experience.

Let me tell you about Jason and Bryant the service managers. They really went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle serviced under my extended warranty. Plus for 2 days Jason has gone way above and beyond to give me a ride back to my hotel. I am from out of town and was feeling so emotional and scared as a woman stranded here alone. Thank you both for all the help and support. I will be able to sleep tonight. I give this team 100/10.
