Could not have asked for better service taking my car to them for repairs. They were top notch every step of the way. The process was made easy due to their open communication and letting me know what was going on as it was done. Highly recommend.Services: Tires

The person who answered the phone is very unprofessional. She appeared to be a female white.(race has nothing to do with this but can help identify the individual at the Winchester location). I called regarding my electrical braking system message that recently displayed, along with the ABS and traction control icon. These things only appeared after my accident. I called the location because i was concerned. She goes to look at the file and tells me that the issue was prior to my accident. I let her know my vehicle did not have any issues prior to my accident. She attempts to tell me that im wrong and the paperwork says otherwise. And that i can take the car to a repair shop and let them look at it. I reminded her that they are the ones who cleared the codes and they should have not cleared the codes with fixing the problem. I feel this is a major safety concern. Staff should not clear out codes with fixing the issue. The individual answering the phone should not work in a customer service position. After she heard i was not backing down she aggressively told me BYE without trying to come to a solution. Very unprofessional and a bad reflection on the company.Services: Tires

Consumers BEWARE! DO NOT use this Service King at all so you can save yourself a headache. The front desk receptionist is the RUDEST person you can find and should not be the “face of the company” if she can not preform her job responsibilities. Service King opens at 8AM, but she did not arrive until 8:15AM rolling into the parking lot rolling in on two wheels. I had to move to make sure I would not get hit by her going so fast. I was informed by USAA that I had any appointment at 8AM to drop off my car. She was not happy to see two individuals outside waiting and questioned me as if I were not allowed to receive services there. She continued to state that she can not take my car until Wednesday, despite me having emails, various text messages, and a call from Service King CONFIRMING my appointment. I was informed that it was all “computer operated” and that I should know the “difference between a computer and a human.” After leaving, and speaking to my insurance, I was contacted by her and was asked to come back. I will NOT be going back and WILL INFORM EVERYONE NOT TO GO THERE. You will be treated with little to no respect and will be treated as if you are dumb or uneducated. This is VERY unacceptable and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you are that unhappy with your job position, I would not suggest working with the general population. This is unbelievable that I had to go through this encounter. I will NOT be utilizing this Service King. I WANT to be contacted for a follow-up discussion with leadership as this is very unprofessional and not called for. Again, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE KING!

Nice clean establishment. The car was processed very quickly. Did the walk around with Aaron who is easy on the eyes, kind and thorough. He sent the pictures etc to the insurance, within 2 days the insuance (State Farm) called with the results. Hope you have the same success!

Do not use this company!!! With two attempts, they failed to fix my vehicle properly. The employees are not competent, and they have a very unprofessional attitude. They refused to provide a diagnostic quote to just find the issue. I guess they expect me to show up with a blank check. The silver lining: the Sonic down the street is amazing! It's a great place to snack while you wait for Service King's two hour lunch window to conclude.

First of all, they took an entire month to get the finances going. They kept blaming my insurance company but I would talk to my insurance company and they said Service king never cnot acted them saying they needed more money. I finally had to get on the middle of it and try to make the loose ends meet. In the process I was lied to, including Erin at the front desk telling me she "couldn't tell me anything about the process of the car because it was against the law."(which no one is dumb enough to believe that) I asked her what law, and she got mad.it took an entire month then the ball finally got rolling. I had to escalate the situation with corporate and then things seemed to move really fast. They got my car almost done minus a few minor parts that are on back order, so they said I could pick it up in the meantime while we wait on parts.well, when I get it there's a crack all the way across my windshield. I address it with Aaron and he said hell contact insurance and call me the first of the week. of course, I don't get a call. finally, I get ahold of Aaron again and he said he's "waiting on my insurance to call him." what does my insurance have to do with something a mechanic damaged? so, I'm in the process of escalating further with corporate, and I guess if that don't work I'll take it to small claims court. but they are definitely trying to avoid paying for the damage.

Repeat customer, I went over to get an estimate. I am still not impressed with the staff. Everyone looks mad. I was turned down by the rep because he said that they were over booked. Then he referred me to Memphis Collision of Cordova where he uses to work. But then said that he would take me in if I went with my insurance company. Do these people want to work?

Customer Service is the worst. Went in for a Nationwide insurance claim. Pointed out the damages and they only did an estimate on partial damages. They did not fix the complete car. I never received an estimate from the insurance company or body shop. 24 hours before the car was ready I was told it was partially fixed after my vehicle was sitting there for 30 days. Then I was threatened by the director of Operations that she would charge me for my vehicle being there if I didn’t pick it up although my contract states I have 48 hours to pick the car up. Randi Clifton also hung up in my face and disrespected me to the point where I had to inform the police about the situation. Not once did she offer an apology for their breach of contact. She attempted to bully and lie instead of honor the contract they gave me.I currently have to get an attorney involved and waiting on the VP to give me a call.

Absolute clown show. If you have got time to waste, call the Service King.I have $1-3K worth of repairs for a classic car that I am looking to get serviced, I called specifically asking if they could service it, and they said yes come in for an estimate. One week of my life later, they tell me they cannot service it because the computer cannot read the VIN #.I show up. They say "Where's the damage?" after my insurance assigned them the claim that has all the pictures. I am just living on their time.I told my insurance I did not want to use them in the first place as they left razor blades all over another car of mine they serviced. I do not want an apology. I wasted a week of my time. Guess all the trophies and awards in the lobby are for participation not service. Maybe just train people to say I am not sure let me check instead of "Yeahhh come on down".

Arrived 5 min before the scheduled service appointment around 8 am was assisted by the clerk right away took quite a few pics of my vehicle on Friday the estimate was sent on Monday I am guessing they don't work on Saturday. Takes a week to get an estimate appointment and months to get the vehicle worked on

2nd time we've driven hours to get our car because they say it's ready and it isn't. They still sent me home in the car even though it's deemed unsafe and they don't want to fix it again because it's been over a year since they were supposed to have fixed it and they are blaming it on the tread on my tires... lol this place is a JOKE. Even my insurance company dropped them.. so yeah
