I talked to Mrs. Tissica Tyler. She was very nice and friendly. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She gave great customer service. On a scale of 1 to 10. She gets a 10. She made sure that I understood everything about every policy that I received. She told me about the beacon. I will be getting one. She told me if I have any problems with the installation, she will be happy to assist me. She is a great asset to the State Farm company. I would recommend her to all my friends and family. I really enjoyed the service that I received. She loves her job.
