The employees are friendly and pleasant. I always stay for a few minutes just to talk with them. This is the only Shell that I go to. It's clean inside, the outside is kept up also.

The employees are rude, bad customer service. The pumps are equipped to take debit card however you are required to go in to prepay - there is no signage to denote this.
