I just walked out of this station pissed. The guy behind the counter snatched the money out of my hand. When receiving my change he abruptly shoved it back to me. I don't know the reason why he was being so rude. I'm just at a loss for words.

People are nice, but you never get a receipt! I think I now know why! There is a good chance you will be double charged for things. (See other comments.) How is it that I paid $12 for a $6 bag of chips……. but just make sure you keep an eye on that and ask for the receipt and tell them! Other than that the place has just about everything you need in a convenient store. ?♀️Also, they aren’t open 24 hours. I’m here at 7:30 and everything is closed down and doors covered.

I learned today that it is not company policy at this Shell to exchange something or get a refund if you’ve opened the product. I didn’t like the drink I bought, so I found a cheaper drink & tried to exchange it. Sam told me they don’t do debit card exchanges. I had to keep asking for a solution & he agreed to give me the difference in cash. He gave me the change. But then he asked me to give him “my” money back when he discovered I had opened the bottle. I was not given a receipt for the initial purchase & he insisted that I GIVE him MY money back to him. I was never given a receipt for my initial purchase. This was not a pleasant experience.

Very expensive, but I guess that’s what you get for being in the middle of the city. The store is clean and the staff is pretty polite, plus they sell the energy drinks my husband likes.

There seems to be a reason they never offer you the receipt. I used to come here pretty often but started to notice my total seemed like a lot for the the few things I was getting. I asked for my receipt one day and when I got home I noticed that they overcharged me. Didn't make a big deal of it, I just stopped going there. Today, I decided to stop by for some breakfast. I was charged $127 for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks. Good thing I asked for my receipt. The lady didn't offer to put it back on my card. Just gave me cash. And took the receipt back. Never coming here again. Sketchy business they're running.

They are selling fake Elf Bars here. The package still scanned and verified but the vape it’s self is fake. I have reported them to Elf Bar so hopefully they’ll stop soon. Couldn’t even buy the decent fake ones that spell pineapple correctly. “Pineappl” really?

This place has bad gas. Made my check engine light come on and resulted in having to take my car to the mechanic. Avoid this location.

This place was clean and nice visit. Their restrooms were small and needed restocked. BUT this place was beautiful and so much fresh variety. Will visit again
