“Kim and her crew at Craters & Freighters Memphis did a superb job packing and shipping a glass top table from Memphis to California for me. We'd recently lost my mom to Covid, and this table of hers, with two elephants shaking coconuts out of a tree, was a memory I really wanted in my home. It was very important that it arrive intact--insurance compensation if it were broken wouldn't cut it. Kim and her family have been in the shipping business for years. She inspired confidence that they could get it to me safely from the minute we talked. They shipped it to me in a custom-built wooden crate with two compartments and multiple types of protective padding. It arrived perfectly, and at a reasonable price!”

“As soon as I arrived, I parked behind a truck that was parked right in front of the office and this Young woman came outside very rude telling me that I couldn't parke there, (mind you I'm light skinned) and young woman black, her name is Erica. As soon as I'm about to park my truck elsewhere, I see this lady truck driver coming out of the office with her paperwork in hand and getting inside the truck that I had parked behind earlier, ( truck driver black as well). So when I finished fixing myself and my truck the "correct way" , I go in the office, and Shanika was very sweet, she took my information, handed me my paperwork and guided me to the correct dock to load. Once I got to the dock, the ladies and loaders were very nice and fast. When they were done, this man took my shocking wheel off the truck and I pulled of the dock, and again This Erica comes to me again very rude telling me that they weren't done, when I see the young man coming tours me with paperwork. If she has a problem she shouldn't work there. Everyone else was very professional and nice. Erica, I'm sorry but you need some anger management help. Have a wonderful day!”

This place is a diamond in the rough. What a great outfit and operation Jolee and her team are running.
I had to get some display boards printed and fabricated (24x36) and I got just about the best customer service for any place in Memphis!
Jolee was professional and stayed in touch with me regularly about my order. She responded immediately to my questions I sent by email with great follow up responses. She also followed up after she sent the quote to see if she could do anything else to help.
Once my federal agency made the decision to go with certain maps for the displays, she had them ready in like 48 hours. She coordinated my picking them up and worked with me on the method of payment I had to make. Everything was smooth and there were no hiccups whatsoever.
The store is easy to access and was clean and well organized. I was quite impressed. I can’t wait to use Jolee again to have some more display boards fabricated. Awesome job!!”
“I’m gonna say one thing about this place and there is one amazing employee. His name is parker and he helped me with so much. I was in our a lot of time constraints. He was efficient. He was professional, and he was so kind when I was in severe emotional distress. seriously, he is a very great asset to this company and he should be given a raise. I’m not kidding. I will call the office. My dad had a corporate leadership training company called team trek (he passed two years ago), and their first big client was FedEx.
