No where do they have posted that you can't exchange at another location. So we got the shoe going by all the postings around the store that exchanges could be made with receipt. We have receipt but could not exchange it. Super mad! ?

I purchased a pair of beautiful gold rose dress shoes at the store on American Way. I wore them to an event and they broke. When I tried to return the shoes the next day, I was told that the best they could do was to give me a 30% discount on another pair of shoes. I spent $30 for the shoes. I should be able to wear them more than once. The manager kept pointing at the sign that said no refund if the shoes have been worn. He said that people will get drunk and fall, break their shoes, and try to return them. I don't drink. The shoes were defective, and the only fair response would be a refund or exchange. I won't be shopping at this store again, and suggest that you take your business elsewhere as well. This store is stealing your money by providing shoddy products that you can't return.

Bought these shoe back in May 2021 never wore them or took them out the box. Tried to take them out to try them on with my out fit November 2021 and the heel was off.! Never again if I do I'm going to try them on and jog around the store in them for 5 mins.!??♀️???

DO NOT SHOP HERE if you value customer service and honesty. They will lie to you about returns then accuse you of trying to return a worn shoe when it was already dirty from being the display shoe when it was sold.
