I wish I had read previous reviews. Shonda and Marketa was nice, but it was roaches in my room. They came and let off bombs and the roaches were still there. Smh. They didn’t offer another room or refund my money. Smh
Food and drinks: Plenty of fast food, and close to freeway.

Sad to see the bad reviews stayed here before covid hit in 2019 my family loves it no bugs no problems or crimes stayed there almost a year I guess they are run down now with now all the bad complaints

Not gone lie the ladies at the front desk cool.. but if i knew it was this many roaches and key malfunctions i for sure would have went to intown suites in east memphis.. they charged me $400 + jus to be killing roaches & calling maintenance all week i swear to every god known to man that this one of the worst extended stays in Memphis. what's corporate number? Cuz i want my money and time back ?

I was interested in renting a room when I asked to see it,I was told it had a pest problem,so I said if you clean it up I'll take a look at it again,and when I returned,I saw bugs while she was showing me the place,so I tried to spray myself but couldn't force myself to stay not even a night,now I'm battling getting my money back because they know no one wants to get a room there that why they have a no refund policy!what about customer service if I would have slept in that room with the bugs there is no telling what I would have come up with!

10/10 I'LL COME HERE AGAIN!!! I loveeee this location much safer and feels safer also !!!DO NOT GO TO THE BARTLETT LOCATION!!! I repeat do not go to the Bartlett location especially if you are alone or with kids !!! I definitely recommend THIS LOCATION or any other Siegel select just not the one in Bartlett... It's dangerous for it to be a so call good area I Kno from experience ♥️ stay safe guys trust this review

I stayed here for over a couple of years with my mom and what can I say NOT wrong about it ? FILTHY,DISGUSTING, RUN DOWN DUMP!!! People are loud all hours during the day. Keys don’t work half the damn time..Crime ridden, gunshots, car break ins.. Roach Infested and yes I said ROACHES black woman from front desk says the roaches are “under control” Lmao Dart pest control comes out to spray but they literally come every few weeks and anybody knows that you can’t get bugs under control by spraying every few weeks! Who tf hired those folks!!??! lmao ? Only spray every few months… also they fired a maintenance man for being on crack.. so they had to play maintenance..and they would take forever to get around to do anything.. also they would do a room inspection every other week!!! What for!?! Hmm Must have drug users living there that y’all keep letting living there! Lmao I advise y’all to RUN ?♀️ RUN AWAY and take your money to the Siegel Select on Stage. Cleaner, quieter, and overall much more pleasant. ? Shout out to the girl name Crystal that works there. she’s the only one worth a damn about this place! please give her a pay raise!!!! ?

The worst place to stay ever. The rooms are bad and have a dirty smell. The employees are scammers and swindlar. Even in the worst country in the world, you will not find such as this place. Even when I asked for the manager amount, the deposit manager refused to return it to me. I do not advise anyone to stay in this place. It is a hotbed and a place for fraud. In short, this place is not suitable for humans.

When i got there to check in the room had a real bad odor. Peoples clothes were left in the drawers. And the floor hadn’t been mopped in forever. Started to see roaches after a couple days. When it came time to check out the manager lied and said I peeled paint off the walls to keep my deposit.

My first stay was great. I never stayed in a extended hotel before I can say it was wonderful I loved my room with the small stove top,fridge, microwave, and flat screen tv. The bed slept so good comfortable clean sheets I will recommend this place to anyone. I had to say the bedroom I fell in love with.

Upon arrival to the room. Its not ready, The room was not clean trash was under the bed and a/c unit. The room was swarming with roaches. I could not get them under control even after buying roach spray. So disappointing
