Hi, I would like to share my experience with Public Storage on N. Watkins here in Memphis, Tennessee. I spoke with a very pleasant Tammie on this morning regarding a vacate of premises. I truly appreciate help pleasant attitude and willingness to assist in any way possible ensuring my exit was smooth and well taken care of. She was professional and polite. Thanks for helping me in my time of need. Best regards and if I should need you guys in the future I will look into this same location.

Ms. Lekendra was SO incredibly helpful! I reserved the wrong unit online but once I got to the location she assured me that she would be able to transfer the units with ease. She waited patiently while I downloaded the Public Storage App to better assist me. She also walked around with me on the property to show me other available units. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the Downtown/North Memphis/Millington/Munford area. She was a charm! Thank you Ms. Lekendra! I’m sure my belongings will be in great hands! ??
