When I arrived to load-in to my 4th floor unit, I found the elevator out of order.
The staff immediately reminded the situation and moved me to a ground level unit and did not charge me for the move. Very pleased with their level of customer service and assistance.

It was a great place to store my boxes of pictures among other items. It's close and convenient and everyone that worked there was extremely nice and helpful.

Overall is not a bad place to rent storage unit I did not appreciate the elevator being down for three months but they did try and compensate us well.

It's in my husband name Richard Campbell he had great talks with a older guy work here very caring and professional we been here over year no break in very secured very clean. Come here you want regret trying them. 100 stars especially for the older guy it's customer service top tier

Mr. Fred the Frontline Team member was so nice and the courtesy to show my unit I had reserved to ensure it would accommodate my needs was appreciated. The unit was too small and he showed me another one and took care of getting me set up! Exceptional Service

Renting space from Storage Sense was a seamless process. Quick to rent, easy to end the contract, easy to get in-and-out of the facility, and we really appreciated the use of the available dollies.
