Place is not safe! This past weekend 2 men hanging out in the stair well and of course we got harassed for money. Trash everywhere. Just a old nasty place to park and New York city rates.

First of all it's disgusting. Second there was a man there in what appeared to be a uniform collecting money and now we have received a letter in the mail saying we owe 25 for parking and 46 for them sending us a letter.

Do not park here even though it's next to the best barbecue joint in Memphis.
$20 for an hour parking it's too expensive stairwell still stinks of urine. And there was a homeless man sitting in the bottom of it.
Broken pipes, and concrete was slick
