Speedway is a clean, well-maintained truck stop and convenience store that receives many truckers. The store and parking lot are always clean, with neatly stocked shelves and not a lot of trash. The bathrooms are clean and well-stocked. The staff is generally incredible, friendly, helpful, and professional, with courteous service. Many employees provide excellent and outstanding service, encouraging each other and making solo drivers feel very comfortable. The business has a great rewards program that is awesome and hard to pass up. They offer cheaper gas and great prices on Flex Fuel gas, with all diesel pumps and the DEF pump working. The location has a bakery and cook-to-order food, and the entrance, while a little rough, is manageable. However, some staff may lack proper training on specific payment systems like EFS or TCS cards, which can lead to difficult situations and unreasonable refusal for some drivers. Despite this, many drivers express gratitude, noting it is hard to find a truck stop in the area and encouraging others to be positive. The management is acknowledged for taking the time to respond to comments.
I go to the store often and I must say the new lady who cooks in the cafe MS.V is very sweet always has a smile on her face her customer service is great make me feel welcome as if I been knowing her

A giant pothole at the entrance, which is truly dangerous for a truck! This immediately tells all drivers that they are not welcome here.
