I’ve been going to Splendid Nails for a year & Xiamone has always been my Tech. So in March she completed my nails per schedule & I called her back to inform her that my finger was throbbing & I thought it may be a hang nail. I went in on March 21 to let her look @ my nail & Xiamone said it was not a hang nail & I had Gout. I looked at her & replied I do not have Gout & she then changed her words by saying you have Dry skin & that’s why your nail hurts. My hand was hurting so bad & I went to Campbell Clinic on Tuesday March 26 &. I had to have an immediate procedure due to my nail was infected by the material being used. The doctor called it a Felon & that means infection in the finger from unsanitary products being used. I immediately called Mitch & Xiamone and informed them of this situation. I went to the shop to show Xiamone what had occurred & to let her know that her drill and materials needed to be sanitized. Xiamone had already told the staff before I got there I was going to sue them and none of that had come out of my mouth. I spoke to Jessica on that evening & she informed me that Xiamone told the staff that I was upset & she knew I was going to try and sue them. I had a standing appointment for the next day & I went as I usually do. The vibe was not pleasant @ all. I spoke to Mitch about the whole situation & he was apologetic about it & he told me that they would pay for my bills from Campbell Clinic. He also informed me that they do have business insurance. I called him to get the insurance information to give to Campbell Clinic & Mitch did not want to give me the name of his insurance company he informed me that I needed to file this on my insurance which I have been doing. All I ask them to do is pay for my services @ Campbell Clinic while I’m being seen. All of a sudden Mitch informed the Staff that I was not be allowed to come to the shop any longer as if I caused a confrontation in the shop and did not. My finger nail came off & turned black & I’m continuous to be under Dr’s care since March 26, 24 & it almost September. Mitch ask me to file all of the Dr’s visits on my insurance which is being done & he would pay only my co pay . I informed Mitch my husband & I didn’t think it was right for me to file the services on my insurance due to the damage of my finger was there fault. Now since Mitch who’s the spokes person for Xiamone. I’m asking for pay back of all Services for my finger to my Insurance company & out of pocket Co Pay along with pain & suffering & lost of pay from work. I was trying to be noble & liberal but this is a situation of individuals don’t want to take responsibility for actions.
Their Staff informed me of Xiamone & Mitch cut throat behavior…

6/24/2024 normally if my regular nail tech is not working I go here for a repair. It's a young lady in there that does great work. But today I go in and I guess the Asian lady and another young lady was there. The Asian lady told the girl my nail repair would be $35(one nail). I have always paid $10-12. I had to leave before I cussed. Now I have no problem paying for what I want but just because I look like I can afford that don't try to make a fool out of me. And this was not a special nail. Just pink powder and no design. She must thought she had a fool. Never again

Jessica did a awesome job on my feet. (Pedicure) but the massage wasn't that great which was the main reason I came.
