I visited this location a few days ago and I stood in line for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. The store was not busy and there was a barista on their phone. Unacceptable.

This Starbucks location consistently delivers excellent coffee, boasting rich flavors and quality brews. However, the downside is the extended waiting times, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the staff's demeanor tends to be less than friendly, affecting the overall customer experience negatively. Despite the exceptional coffee, improvements in service and efficiency would significantly enhance the overall appeal of this Starbucks.

Not all Starbucks are created equal. The Winchester location, for me, lacks the happy, energetic sraff most locations have. Everyone seemed...depressed, maybe. I don't know, but I've been to this location a few times, and it's always the same. Apart from that, it's great.

Great blueberry muffins although it wasn't on that particular menu, it was still available. I ask for a tall mocha she charge me for a grande. And then she had the audacity have an attitude with me because she messed up my order. It took me about three minutes to get her attention and finally someone other than her cane and we made my drink theParking: There are literally about four businesses next to that Starbucks, however there's only approximately under 20 parking spots.

Ridiculous management. Twice in the past week, I’ve ordered online 1 hour after they open and then drive to the store to pick up and it’s closed for unknown reasons Apparently the manager doesn’t know how to turn off mobile ordering so he just wasted potential customers time. Will not be going to this location again.

Ms. Know-it-All has got some news to share. First, let me remind you...often bad employees give good businesses a bad reputation. Recently, my friend and I ordered 2 medicine balls with specifications, which were not made as specified. We returned to the store and spoke with a worke, who did not have on a name tag and refused to give e his name ( signs of guilt). The manager, Brayden stepped up and stated he would remake the drinks. How about, he used the original tea bags from the previous order where the potency had already been boiled out. This resulted in a very weak drink and it still was not made to specification. When asked for their names. They refused; however, Brayden had his name tag on. We advised that we would be notifying corporate and BRAYDEN stated he was calling the POLICE. Naturally, I told him to do it. This says a lot about the mentality of the person they trusted to lead the crew. A horrible leader and poor reflection of Starbucks. Avoid this location like the plague.

Employees were great. Coffee was great. The music was so loud I could not use my own headphones or concentrate.
