This was an interesting stay. Booking the room was chaotic. In part due to circumstances beyond their control, the weather . But the rest was on them. Their 48 hours cancelation policy is no exceptions. Then to get a member rate you have to go online.Who wants to deal with rebooking online after spending the day traveling, dealing with wondering if you are going to get your flight cancelled etc. Then the rats quoted online came back twenty to thirty dollars a night more than when I clicked on the room, and pretty much the rates I was being quoted at check in with out having to deal with online. They did upgrade my room which was a kind gesture but I would have been comfortable with the queen room as well. This hotel gets a lot of phone calls and should consider two people at their front desk. Ironically the only time I didn't have to wait for them to get off the phone was when I allowed extra time to check out.Breakfast was good, their head chef loves to feed you and it shows. He was so helpful and kind also clearing away your dishes, doing everything possible to make sure you had a wonderful breakfast daily!Rooms were clean, once again no hand soap left in the bathroom but it was available at the front desk. Dish soap was available in the meantimeOverall it was a good stay, I'd stay here again. But compared to the smooth experience at other places, it wasn't a four and five are reserved for extraordinary experiences...

I love the fact that the coffee pot was clean, they leave you coffee tea with plenty of creamer and sugar, you have more than enough cooking supplies plenty of salt and pepper, a pitcher inside the refrigerator for you to use and they leave you a bag of microwave popcorn!!! Definitely a nice clean place to stay.

PLEASE READ! Don't stay here if there will be wind. Apparently, the whole hotel loses power on and off when it's windy. Unfortunately, there's nothing they can do. Also, breakfast starts at the very late 7:30 on the weekends.

Have stayed here occasionally. This time however I have had no internet. Been 4 days. Went to desk and person told me there is no problem because she had internet on her phone. No offers to help get it fixed. No number to call. Pretty much, your tough luck.Rooms: Rooms are nice. Clean.Food & drinks: Happy hours from 6 to 8 on Monday to Wednesday. Food and drinks.

This hotel is an embarrassment to the Staybridge brand. When I say this hotel didn’t live up to expectations I don’t mean just that it wasn’t worth the price..I’ve stayed in $60 budget roadside motels that were better. The entire building is obviously older and has not been maintained. Dimly lit hallways, broken tile flooring, the parking lot smelled of Marijuana and the hallways smelled like someone had tried to get the cigarette smell out and had failed. We went to our room and immediately upon opening the door were hit with a wall of cigarette stench. We immediately went downstairs and asked for a different room. The second room, didn’t smell of cigarette smoke but was still musty. The shower leaked, the sheets for the pullout couch had literal holes in them and the heater sounded like a train. The only reason we stayed is because it was late and everything else was booked up.I can’t comment on breakfast because we got up early and left. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that it was amazing..

The front desk worker Amanda Was so helpful and made sure my stay was the best it could be. she was very kind and courteous and made sure all my needs were met. Even when I had an issue she went out of her way to make sure all of my requests were met. Definitely the best hotel employee I’ve ever met. I recommend this hotel for anyone who needs a reliable and safe place to stay with the upmost service I will definitely be staying again.Noteworthy details: Excellent customer service

Upon arriving on Thursday evening, the front desk receptionist informed my husband and I not to park in the empty lot because our cars would be towed. So we were instructed to park our cars either on Staybridge or Benihana parking lots since they both shared lots. Staybridge parking lot was occupied so we headed over to the Benihana’s lot. After circling both lots we noticed broken glass on the gravel of Benihana’s parking lot. My husband and I parked our cars closer to the street lights and away from the glass. A few days later on Saturday morning there were a total of 24 car break ins around 2:00 am. Guest’s personal items were thrown onto the grounds alongside the shattered glass of their windows. My husband’s car was included in those 24 cars. The police was called and a police report was taken from my husband. I notified the front desk receptionist twice that morning of the vandalized cars on both lots. I was told the manager was coming later in the morning and I could speak with him then. I went to the front desk around 8 am after getting a phone call that my wallet was found on the ground. I asked about the manager but he never did show up. The clerk was texting him and giving him updates of the hotel. We didn’t get an apology from the hotel staff. The hotel’s security doesn’t cover the entire grounds of both lots to prevent future break-ins. This felt like the hotel from hell.Safety: DITCH OLD SECURITY AND GET A NEW COMPANY. Also, ask for license plates of each guest.!

Loved the compact but adequate kitchenette, bathroom was not cramped. Bed so comfortable that I actually took the sheet off the bed to look for a label so I could buy that kind of sheets. Breakfast had good options - eggs and bacon, yogurts, canned fruit, some fresh whole oranges and green or red apples, cream of wheat with a few toppings, make-your-own mini waffles, bagels, pre-packaged muffin, 4 kinds of Minute Maid juice, coffee, boiled eggs. We enjoyed it so much, we are looking for a Staybridge in the next city we will have to stop in

We had a wonderful stay passing through with our Husky. The property seemed to be well taken care of and rooms were spacious + clean. The parking lot was a bit small and we had a late arrival, so that was a bit tricky. We ended up parking in the back and found the pet area. Usually we tend to stay away from extended stay places, but this was a pleasant surprise. Great for our quick night to rest up before hitting the road again. It was super dog friendly too, which is nice when traveling with a large dog! Overall not a bad stay!

I spent a couple of days here on the way home from Mississippi. Overall, my stay was positive. The room was comfortable and quiet, staff were cheerful, professional, and helpful, and the breakfast and complimentary light dinner on weeknights were excellent. Little things like the poor condition of the elevators, permanently stained bedsheets that had been re-used one time too many, and lingering stains from an apparent beverage spill on the wall of my room kept this good hotel from being great, a solid four star experience for a decent price. You could do a little better, but also a lot worse. I'd happily tolerate the imperfections and stay here again.
