Do not use and deny your mortgage company from using these guys to appraise your property. They butchered the rental comps were the value is $1200 each side and said it would only bring in $600 for a fully luxury renovated 2/1. Not only that but they undervalued the dwelling by $90,000! Steer away from this company!
