I reached out via IG on a Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend to ask if they had a fairly specific style and size of lab-grown diamond hoop, and they did! Samantha immediately sent pics with my three size options, including modeling pics to compare sizes, with prices included. I needed them sent that day in order to receive them in time for a trip, and they made it happen!
