“Sissy's and Amy Stroh are the BEST!! I was in town for my wedding and ran by to have my antique wedding band and engagement ring cleaned (as well as all my other jewelry) and was lucky enough to have Amy assist me and she thoroughly inspected every piece and found that the wedding band had a broken prong on the very end (which I could have easily lost a stone) and they were able to have my ring repaired by the next day!! Any time I'm home in Memphis I will give all my business to Sissy's and Amy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!”

“I stayed at the Peabody Hotel in Memphis in July, 2023. It was my pleasure to shop at Gir Jewelers . Since then, my husband purchased a necklace that I love as a Christmas gift. Their jewelry is very unique, beautifully crafted and makes a statement.On December 29th, I had difficulty ordering a necklace online. The necklace was a special gift for a dear friend. This was the New Years holiday weekend. Much to my surprise, Mr. Gir answered the phone. The store was sold out, but he told me that he would go to his jeweler and try to find the necklace. Mr. Gir called me back the next day, had found the necklace I wanted, and I received it in the mail the next day. I was very touched to receive such kindness and service over a holiday. He evaluated our diamonds prior to creating the 3D rendering. He listened carefully and delivered a model perfectly for our family diamonds and the vision we had for the piece. The finished product is absolutely stunning. We went from conception to reality in about a months time, and under budget. He has definitely earned dour business!”

I have purchased items, including everything from intimates to work blazers to gowns for a black-tie wedding. The quality is always top-tier and extremely fairly priced. Even when an error was made and my order was shipped to an old address whose occupants then lied about receiving the package when we had photo evidence of it on their front porch, the owner tried to contact the landlord, refund as much as they could, AND help me find a replacement piece.
