The worker gave us the wrong information! We were told by an employee that if we didn’t need the uhual for the total days listed on our reservation we would be refunded the hold amount. WHICH WASNT TRUE. She basically just told us something instead of creating us a new reservation just to make an extra buck! If you speak with anyone speak with Brandy not the young girl.
