OMG. The nicest people, service and selection. I'm very impressed. If you're a thug stay away!! Memphis still has good people there. From Nashville, I salute you. Stay armed for the loser thugs. I love my earrings ? Amen.

I have consigned and purchased frequently. Everything is high quality and fairly priced. Plus, everyone who works there is so nice.

They have nice things, but they discriminate very much on consignment items. I have seen items that could go to charity with threads loose, buttons off, and faded looking yet the AA items are nitpicked and many times not taken Told me they were not taking dressy suits or formal wear but then I saw it for sale in there. Price less on AA items than the others. They did have some nice new AA workers but haven't seen them in my last visits. Most of the workers appear nice.

I did have a good experience with the store until today. I came to ask for one of my consignment items, the young girl helping me was very nice, but its another young lady who’s there from the youngest little blond girls, who was trying to tell something about me at the other girl, when I put my face up I catch her! Make really mad, If she had something to say why not say it in my face! So disrespectful!!!

My cousin and I shop at this store a lot and we find really good bargains. We have never experienced any negativity but we do notice the lack of attention that is given to people of color. We kinda look over it and just continue to shop. Well on June 6,2023, I brought in another one of my cousins so she could look at the Louie Vuitton purses. We were never acknowledged by anyone so we just started looking around. I found a few items to try on so I went to the dressing room. My cousin was looking at some reading glasses and picked up a mirror to look at herself at a different angle and a lady hollered at her and told her to put the mirror down and it was not for sale. Well this got everyone’s attention in the store and made my cousin feel embarrassed and made her feel really small. I couldn’t believe that the lady acted like that. As I said before, we spend a lot of money in Sugar Plum and I never would have thought that they would treat someone like that. It made us feel that we, people of color, are not welcomed in the store. This is just a consignment store!!! So it was nice while it lasted but my family will not be back. There are other consignment stores in Memphis and we can shop around until we find another that actually welcomes people of color…

OK on selling but if you are a consigner and AA they nic pick your items and some things in the store are not in the best shape depends on who you get. The lady with the white hair seems prejudice. Everyone else seem nice.
