Only issue, they told me they rotated and balanced my tires, but they didn’t. Wasn’t charged for it, so, all good. This is only place it comes for service, because they are the best at what they do.

When I arrived, we went through the process of getting the information correct and then the vehicle was taken back for service. The wait time was in accordance with the work performed, I was kept informed throughout the process. Upon completion we reviewed the work performed and completed the paperwork. Excellent service!

Joey was very good in keeping me updated on my truck. He is professional and listens to me with a caring spirit. I like when a person take the time to hear what I'm saying and give me feedback. I feel when someone come in asking for Joey, he must be doing something right. Hats off to Joey.

I went to Sunrise Buick, GMC,INC on Covington Pike in Memphis on a Thurs., made an appointment to bring my car in the following Wed. With in a couple of hours they diagnosed my problem, told me what it would cost me , and when it could be repaired. I was able to pick it up the next day . They were knowledgeable , professional and prompt. The service was great and the service representative, Laura , was especially professional, respectful and pleasant. It was a great experience.

I don’t know how to rate my service advisor Laura separately from my car. She was the absolute best. Friendly, kept me updated and did what she could to help me. The car on the other hand has a MAJOR issue or two every single year. The service records prove it since the day I got it in 2018. This car has been financially draining. I truly believe they only fix enough to pacify you for the next few months so you have to come back. My check engine light has been on almost a year, the turn it off it comes right back on and the have no solution but want to charge me a separate diagnostic fee for that. Again the records show it has been in their service department multiple times for that alone. Long story short, Laura was great. I believe the rest to just be a cash cow not trying to fix the entire problem. Just enough to get you back in there in a few months.

Luis was extremely helpful and turned me over to Adam in the service department. They diagnosed the issue and replaced a part on my 2022 Yukon all in one day! This was huge as another Sunrise wanted to keep it for 3-6 days just to assess the issue. Sunrise Covington Pike has won our service business from here on out!

Service advisors are great to work with. Check engine light came on. Had to have my car for 8 days before they could get to it. Got it back, and the light came back on a few hundred miles later. Called my advisor, and he got me back in the next day and found the additional repairs that were needed.It would be great customer service to have the option to bring our cars in when the technician can get to them, especially when our cars are drivable. Being without our vehicle for a week or more, waiting your turn is excessive when it is drivable.

I would rate 0 stars… this was the worst car buying experience I have had.. We purchased a vehicle that was not fully processed and not inspected.We had to endure the cost that wasn’t originally agreed within contract. They don’t honor IOU for any repairs and after they get paper signed then they ignore the customer. We trusted the. To take care of us and they didn’t. We are still waiting for called back by GM. We purchased in August and still no care or concern for out experience. They advertise false scenario from what you experiences. I recommend visiting Collierville location for for cay buying needs and service needs!!!!

My experience at sunrise was awesome! Tyrus and Leaha were absolutely awesome! They got a deal done for me and I’m greatful for it. I had given up by Tyrus worked hard to get my deal work out. Sunrise on Covington pike is the place to go, all of the sales people were so friendly.

Aka Robin Davis and Rene Koopman. 2017 GMC Terrain bought on line from out of state dealer bc of very low mileage then delivered to us w dead and defective battery. Two 80-yr-old people on the street. Roadside Aasistance started car and we were directed to take to you. We dropped off at 6:59 pm! You could have sat on it for days, postponing this unexpected car. But you didn’t. Joey took control of it, talked to me personally to explain the totally worn out battery and leaking battery acid and what it would cost to fix it. And you immediately did fix it. Your whole operation in Service Dept was top flight. Thank you. The service mgr advised me also about the condition of our old 2005 car. You’ve got a new customer.

Advisor lie about extra services I received on my car. I have always gotten a oil change and tire rotation I have every receipt for my records. Just to get more money. And if customers not satisfied about whatever please don’t follow customer to their car.

I had a horrible experience this morning when i took my truck in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I arrived at 1030am with a 1045am appointment and was greeted as i walked in the door. Laura Fisher was my service advisor and was not at her desk at the moment. Laura did come right over and have me sign a paper.At 12:15pm i was still waiting on my truck. I went to the desk and asked Laura about it and she stated “Im just waiting on them to bring it out”. I sat back down and about two minutes go by and i see my truck going in the service area. I walked back to the desk and they were just pulling it in. Laura had not even told me they had not started on it yet. So i was not able to wait today.I called and spoke with the Service Manager, Robert Johnson, who said he didn't know what was going on because he has a managers meeting every Tuesday morning. I expressed my concerns and asked if this happens often. The answer i got was “just because you had an appointment at 10:45 doesn't mean we have someone here waiting to pull your vehicle in”. I understand that. Does an oil change/tire rotation take several hours? Robert then stated they were backed up from 8 o'clock this morning and they told me that when i arrived. No sir y'all did not. Robert was even so nice and professional that he hung the phone up on me.I know life is busy and i would have considered going back but after the way the “service manager” handled things I will look elsewhere for anything to do with this vehicle.
