I came in this morning to get a replacement card, the staff so welcoming, friendly, professional and swift in getting my business quickly taken care of. Best of all I felt like I was at my home bank location - they were so hospitable to me it was as if we’d been around each other for years. Great team of people!

This bank is the worst ever. Lazy employees. No customer service. They don’t answer the phone. Go somewhere else. These guys don’t deserve to be in business.

I came in today to start up a savings account it was only one person ahead of us .The staff was very friendly and attended. I was able to get everything setup with the account in 15 minutes.

Too slow!!! 1 customer can take 10 minutes and no one to say a word , such as “ sorry for the wait , we will be with you shortly “ or something along those lines .Again , extremely slow!!!Don’t try to use your lunch break for a regular deposit, because it might take over 30 minutes to do so !

I am/was a Suntrust/Truist customer. I have been trying for 2 days to get in touch with someone from this branch. I have called a total of 18 times only to receive the answer machine. The customer service lady even called and got the machine. She stated that she skyped him my information and I have still not received a call back. This is ridiculous. I am missing Suntrust customer service already.

Suntrust is now Truist. The transition was smooth and seamless as a very trusted bank was absorbed into the larger body. My first statement under Truist listed a $20 Monthly Maintenance Fee. I had sufficient funds in both savings and checking, so called Customer Service. Because of the fact I do not have a mortgage, credit card, or other loan through Truist, they will now charge me a monthly maintenance fee. $180 per year to use my money to give those loans to earn the interest that keeps their profits rolling. I may earn a few dollars in interest over that same year. The point of personal banking is that your financial institution PAYS YOU for allowing them to use your money on all sorts of profitable investments. To charge you $20 a month because you are not in debt to them is absolutely insane. If your grandma or anyone who may not have these debts to Truist hasn't carefully checked their statements, do them a kindness and protect them. I'm closing my account with them today, and transferring all my funds to a local institution who does not charge me to use my money to make their profits. This is a trend that can not gain any steam.

Terrible customer service. Probably the worse branch in Memphis. The branch manager just glared with a blank face. Had bad service with every level of this bank. -5*
