If I could give them 0 stars I most definitely would! Trying to close my account and being told one thing then receiving very poor treatment in return! On the 4th visit finally had to ask for a manager and I was told I was the next customer and skipped over. VVERY unprofessional. I asked for a phone call andFINALLY received one 15 minutes before close and everything she told me contradicted what I was told several weeks ago. I will NEVER use Truist again! You need to work on following through what you tell people and make sure everyone is following the same page and not telling someone something wrong!

The service was not good the waitress didn't provide good services. She didn't check on us to see if need anything else and my order was not right.

I cannot wait to get every dime I have in Suntrust out of it and into a bank that doesnt milk a customer. I have saved and saved and saved for years. Today they charge me $6.00 for an excessive savings transfer fee..to pay contractors and bills.. Do what? That's after they give me .01 percent interest per month on my savings account! 😂They also charge me a $3.00 atm fee on top of the fee I pay for not using theirs since it's not convenient on top of the fee that I pay for that particular atm. I see nothing good about Suntrust!.. and when you open an account they are so money hungry they do not bother to tell you their bad terms and expect you to read the small print!

DO NOT use them. They make a mistake and the customer pays for it. We tried to cash a payroll check there because we were not charged before. This time, we were charged and were not told. $13 to cash a small check. Absolutely riduculous.

I had fraud on my account and they treated me like a criminal. It's been 3 weeks can never get the branch manager on the phone or I can't get an answer on the 1800 number. I left the bank and opened up an account with Regions . The customer service I get is excellent. I suggest if you have money at Suntrust you should look at another bank.

Every single interaction I have had with SunTrust Mortgage has been extremely frustrating, maddening, and an unnecessarily huge waste of my time. It is as if they are doing me a favor even to speak with me. Everything is much, much harder than it should be, and they clearly have no respect for my time, whatsoever. I would not wish SunTrust Mortgage on my worst enemy.
