If I could give 0 stars I would. Definitely not satisfied with this particular branch. They have were not helpful at all with what I was needing done. This makes me want to pull all of my accounts and go somewhere else. Already have an account with some other banks. Here I come! Bye Truist.

I’m of the opinion that their underwriting department engages in selective and discriminatory practices. It would be “interesting” to see stats on who they approve for certain financial products.

After many years & a number of accounts at SunTrust - now Truist - we have had two material bank errors in the same 30 day period. Our confidence is slipping...rapidly.

While each client has different needs, I find the Hickory Hill branch absolutely horrible. Customer service representatives are lazy, slow and will not answer the telephone. The bank is always short staffed and their hours do not accommodate clients. Each day other than Friday they are only opened 9-4 PM. Friday is a little different. Since the bank changed to Truist and the former branch manager retired, this location has been awful. Needless to say on two occasions, monies were deducted from my nephew's account instead of my account to pay my charges. In addition to posting these comments, I will also reach out to banking administrators.

worst bank , worst service , since the merger with suntrust they dont knowwhats going on with your accounts , can never awnser any questionsregret having done a loan with them and being stuckthey need to be reported for not providing tax documents timely

Waiting more than 20 minutes in drive thru just to deposit money. Normally would not complain but more than once and again today. Two cars in front of me have been here even longer. I am definitely going to a different drive thru in future. Unfortunately I have to wait for business bank deposit.

I absolutely hate going to this place. They're terribly slow for it to not be open in the inside. I always wait in the line for a long time went I come...even when I get to the window it takes forever for them to process everything. Before covid-19 they were slow. Done coming to this this one. I usually use the ATM but the system was down.
