Jan was very professional and prompt. She listened to how I wanted my cut to be and she cut my short hair precisely how I requested. I would like to thank Jan for her wonderful work. It was a real pleasure and I love, love the hair style.

First visit and haircut very unacceptable. Went back and manager corrected issue. First visit was with new employee, according to manager. Lacked proper skills. Assistant did excellent job correcting miscues. She was very experienced. They made it right but should not have happened to a new customer. Would not be my first choice for a haircut. Gave a three because they were very nice, corrected it and even gave me a free haircut if I am ever back in town and need a haircut. Yes, I was in town visiting and really needed a haircut and they were close to where we were staying. Actually mistook them for Sportsclips which I had looked up online.
