“Mixed Bag. Great to have a small, locally owned grocery store that caters to specialized market (Latin Americans). There is also a meat market and delivered baked goods inside. I LIKE: + Support local Memphians! + No long lines. Quick & Easy! + Easy parking! + Produce, Bread, Milk, Dry Goods, etc. + Hard to find spices, Latin American products + It's close to CHINGS HOT WINGS! DON'T LIKE: - SO MANY ITEMS ARE EXPIRED! Seriously! Check the date on everything you purchase! - Because there are no corporate rules to follow, expect to find *messy, disorganized clutter in aisles *employees on phone, unprofessional etc. (once I heard a young employee yelling the most extreme obscenities on the phone at the register) *often a cat roams throughout the store. Cashier told me it's the owner's cat. If you live nearby, come in and grab a few things you need. It will save you a trip to that "K" Store! -Hope this was helpful”

“This Aldi had been my least favorite for a while. The manager was rude to me and I felt like every time I went she was catching attitude with someone new. But today I went because it was on my way to work and I left surprised. I met this guy named Matt who was super friendly and very aware of his surroundings. I had a basket full of stuff and the people behind me had 3-4 things. He politely asked if he could take them before checking me out and I gladly said yes. I didn’t realize they had barely anything, and I would of much preferred them to have gone before me. Then while bagging I accidentally dropped my oil on the floor and he quickly left his register (btw he was the only one checking ppl out) and ran to get a broom and dust pan. He picked up as much as he could to assure we didn’t get hurt and ran back to check people out. After checking one person out he ran to get a replacement oil for the one I dropped to bring it back to me. Still no one came to help him or help check people out. He was juggling all of this and with a great attitude while his manager and other employees were in the gossip. I was also with my husband and he couldn’t believe what he was experiencing. There’s still very great people on this earth. Thank you Matt for you kindness today.”

“Ok firstly I want to say that the only reason I am giving a 5 Star is because of a lady by the name of Jacquelyn with a blonde buzz cut. She is the most sweetest person. The first time I walked in she welcomed me so warmly. I have been to make Walmart's across the US and she has topped any customer service I've ever received in any business. I've seen her both times I stopped by (both times at night) when I checked out she made great conversation. I was just so shocked to see a Walmart employee so nice because let's be realistic they are mostly dry and rude. I really want to contact Walmart corporate because this lady deserves some acknowledgement. Other than the wonderful Jacquelyn the store is always a mess lol. I only go when I don't feel like dealing with Kroger or the big Walmart. Now that i know Jacquelyn is here I will be stopping by more often :)”

BUT I don't know if it is because we came in near closing time but there was boxes EVERYWHERE almost couldn't even go down some isles.
