Good service and a clean facility, the idea of handicap access was not understood by the architect. Handicap access to businesses is supposed to be convenient, to not exclude those who have physical limitations. I had to climb a flight of stairs, I didn't even see an alternative access. If I wasn't expecting a complete hip replacement soon, repairing damage from an auto accident was not successful, I may not have realized how hard it is to go around the long way. ?

Carlos is the Best! Knowledgeable about the products with outstanding customer service. I upgraded my phone & purchased a tablet. He explained everything and transfered my data to my new device . He showed ne how but when I explained it didn't work for me last time. He offered to do it for me. He was so helpful. All the Reps at this location were Profesional and eager to help. A welcome change from some other locations. Carlos goes above & beyond and explains everything so well. I was very impressed by his product knowledge. He is definitely a asset for T-mobile.

They got customers paying junk fees just to pay your bill at the store.

Only two employees, with several customers in-store.Slow, spending too much time to do a transaction and get the next customer.I'd rather drive 20 miles to another location than here.

Was not happy had to go to 2 stores the first store was out of phones the store on summer told me I had to pay $80 for the upgrade phone which I then left and at that store the employees didn't seem they wanted to help and wasn't paying attention to who came in and who would be next

Anthony was AMAZING, professional, kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable of T-Mobiles products and promotions. He took his time to explain and answer all my questions! Represented T-Mobile very well!

My mother is a first time T-Mobile customer and was opening up a new account. The way my mother was treated at this location is very sad. The woman there that I wouldn’t mention her name was very I mean very rude. I mother has never had an iPhone so she didn’t know which one was what. She told them she wanted the big one. She was referring to the iPhone 12 the woman knew that because she kept asking my mom. Why did she need the iPhone 12 and kept offering her the iPhone 11. My mom kept asking for the 12. After it had been some time my mom started to my sister because woman there was speaking to her very rude. My sister asked the woman a few questions about the phone. Like how much was the deductible if the phone broke. The woman said just take it to apple and for $30 dollars the can fix it. We know that wasn’t correct because we have iPhones. The woman didn’t seem to be very aware of how the insurance works. Which did make us feel uneasy about her helping my mom correctly. My sister unfortunately had to hang up. So we weren’t able to help my mom much. My mom asked another woman that was there if she could help her. It turns out that woman was the manger. After talking to the manager my mom thought everything was understood and she was getting her phone. She paid and went home just to find out that they gave her the iPhone 11. You can show my a box and she won’t be able to tell which phone it is. It’s very unfair that she trusted them and they still didn’t give her what she wanted. It’s sad that they would take advantage of someone like that. My mom went up there many time with different people because she didn’t trust them. My husband even went up there with her and tried to clear up and miss understanding. They were rude every time and kept changing their stores . Finally after my mom kept calling and going up there. They changed the phone but while she was there the woman kept looking and my mom and talking about her to the other people in the store. My mom didn’t say anything. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY ARE RUDE AND VERY SHADY!! It breaks my heart how they made my mother feel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
