The 0 stars is for the service that T-Mobile provides to my phone daily. I never have any speed but my plan says unlimited everything. 1bar with 5G all day everyday. T-Mobile is falsely advertising their 5G speed because it isn’t real.

Horrible customer service here if I could give negative stars I would. Explaining that I spoke to customer service via the phone and they told me to come to a store to swap out a WiFi gateway. The store representative told me “no way, we don’t do that. “ “Its been over 14 days you’re stuck with it” . I asked if this was indeed a corporate store or 3rd party reseller and they claimed 3rd party. I wouldn’t go here.

I was greeted with profanity, I was told that thier system was down, and to get out of the store, then there was a small attempt to help me and they couldn't, and then the gave me advice that was not true.

Went there to take my son to get his phone looked at and they was not opened it’s says open at 12:00pm and it still wasn’t opened at all we had to drive to Southaven, Mississippi for them to looked at his phone what’s the purpose a business going to say it’s operated hours are and you’re still not going to be open that’s so unprofessional for a business to lie like they are going to be opened at 12:00 and still wasn’t.

Not a bad experience at all and quite the opposite actually. The staff takes the time to listen to you before they start trying to sell you something. Here, the staff actually wants you to have what you need rather than what they think you should have. The staff does suggest options and that is good because it shows that you have choices. If you want to finance, they do do a soft pull on your credit report, but its worth it...I have student loan debt and they got me into a Samsung A50 for 135.00 down which isn't bad at all. My experience here so far has been great and wish I had spoken with them a couple of years back before I ever got involved with Boost Mobile...
