Customer service has dropped considerably. Also they don’t have a human on the register. Until it is worldwide I will not check myself out. Heck I shop for the items I am not going to check out and bag put them in the cart push the basket to the car and unload then get home and unload no I will not. True-fully I was only going to Target because they had great customer service but that no longer exists and the prices are crazy but I didn’t mind because they used to have wonderful customer service and they would open up registers when they see the line are long. They don’t seem to care anymore.

I will preface this by saying that I am a Canadian. We don’t have target up in Canada anymore. This is, in every way, a significant level up over your typical Canadian department store. It’s like a Walmart, but cleaner, more organized, with a pretty similar selection. I only feedback is that prices weren’t as great as I expected coming down to the states, but the store itself is clean, well organized, and staffed with friendly people.

I’m mad because they took Pizza Hut out of target that was my go to place I loved that they had Pizza Hut there and now I don’t even go there for what Pizza Hut not there

There are no cashiers available anymore. Today, two weekends before Christmas, there was one register open with over 20 people in line and self checkout took over 15 minutes while managers stood around. This Target should be better, but they just never seem to be able to do it.

Target Optical at this location have exceptional customer service and the employees are very knowledgeable professionals!

I usually don’t leave reviews but today I am extremely disappointed in the way I was handled at my favorite place on earth. Being a huge target shopper I went in to make a purchase I saw that was trending online. But unfortunately to my surprise my target would NOT honor the price. I showed them the picture of the price and was still told no. I am highly disappointed in this action today. Why is it that one target can sell for one price but another will have the same item listed full price. This isn’t a fair policy and can be considered as discriminatory.
