This use to be my favorite Target to shop at, but now I am really considering another store. The store has become to unorganized, clothes on the floor, along with other items within the store. Nothing is where it's suppose to be so you have to stand there and look for prices . No help when needed.

The self checkout was quite frustrating to use, as it wasn't intuitive and at least three of the scanning stations were inoperative, causing there to be a line of people waiting. It's a good thing that there was an employee assigned to assist in the self checkout area. The employees in the store are generally helpful and friendly. I wasn't at impressed to see broken automotive glass in the parking lot.

memphis Target on Poplar was so chaotic and disorganized. Could not find things due to this. Only one Manned checkout and only 3 out of 6 self checkouts work. Terrible. I amBeginning to think Target is going downhill .

I prefer this particular location to shop target because of the atmosphere, cleanliness and the interaction with employees but my last experience, was so daunting and unexpected, I will not be back at this location due to the rude/nasty nature of the employee that delivered my order pick up, I will not Spend my money and be treated poorly.

This place is comfortable to try on clothes and has a lot of choices, a lot of discounts and many items at very good prices, you just have to be diligent in searching. There are many sizes of clothes so fat people like me love to come and buy them.

I placed a pick up order through drive up and one of the items was wrong and the pickup person was at another car and I tried to get his attention and he completely ignored me and I know he heard me because he looked my way and kept walking.

I love target but this target is nasty and dirty people, Customer or employee on the floor don’t try keeping it clean. I see employees just walk right by the mess on the ground..?

I usually frequent this particular Target when I shop at a Target store. It's normally quite, clean, and non congested. It could use more available cashier's to help assist with the lines. The employees are friendly and polite. Costumer service is a big thing nowadays and individuals don't desire to solicit businesses that don't RESPECT their dollar ??♂️Happy New Year with limitless possibilities of prosperity, peace, love, and joy. May they all be yours in abundance ?????

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent shopping experience I had at your store in Memphis Tn located at Poplar and Ridway. As a loyal customer of Target for many years, I was shocked by the poor conditions and lack of assistance during my visit.Upon entering the store, I was immediately struck by the disorganization and lack of cleanliness. Merchandise was haphazardly strewn about, making it difficult to navigate the aisles and locate the items I needed. This not only created a frustrating shopping experience but also reflected poorly on the overall image of the store.Furthermore, I was dismayed by the inadequate number of customer service representatives available to assist shoppers. The few representatives who were present seemed overwhelmed and unable to provide the level of assistance I have come to expect from Target. As a result, I was left to wander the store in search of help, ultimately leaving without resolving my inquiries.As a customer who has consistently chosen Target for my shopping needs, I believe it is essential to bring these issues to your attention. I have always held Target in high regard for its quality products and exceptional customer service, but my recent experience has left me questioning whether I can continue to rely on your brand.I sincerely hope that Target will take the necessary steps to address these concerns and improve the in-store experience for its customers. Drive Up program is always a nightmare. Just waited almost 2 hours for our pickup order, before ultimately deciding to just leave, because they only had 1 person working the Drive Up lanes. Every lane was constantly full with cars circling for a spot and myself + several others flashed parked alongside the side of store. Not sure the reason (people called in sick, poor management, etc.) for only having 1 worker on a Saturday holiday weekend… but the poor girl who was working all by herself, in the rain, told me to “Just please complain, complain a lot.” when I asked her if there was anything I could be doing to help her out with the orders.
