The store in Memphis (Wolfchase) is a disaster. The women’s clothes are in shambles. Clothes all over the floor, racks too close together, stock carts piled so high and so many you can’t even see the dressing room entrance. Do not try to look at women’s socks….carts are lined down the entire aisle. This store is worse than a dollar general on truck delivery day.

The store was cluttered, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I know that it is the holiday season, and as a customer service manager, customer service is extremely important to me - even during peak/busy times. I do not think I will shop at this location in the future.

I visited this store today around 12:30 and encountered an elderly lady with a walker who was looking for assistance. She mistakenly thought I worked there and asked for help finding an electric scooter. I searched the front but couldn't find any. Unfortunately, when she asked an employee for help, they didn't assist her either.
I tried to help her get seated on a cart, but I expressed my concerns about it being unsafe and continued to look for an employee. Thankfully, I found a staff member who was incredibly friendly and eager to assist us. He assured us he would find the electric scooter and asked us to wait while he retrieved it.
I want to emphasize that if it hadn't been for that helpful employee, I would have rated this place zero stars. His positive attitude and willingness to help made all the difference!

Today, my partner placed an online order at 11:59 a.m., and it’ll be ready for 2 hours, which it’s understandable considering the holidays. However, it went on 8 HOURS for our items to be processed. Approximately 8:30 p.m., I called to see what’s going on until 8:32 it was ready to be picked up.
