As fr as my tx preparations, I love it, but I've been trying to get the owner to send me a copy of my 2019 tax returns to my email all week. He only replied ONCE to my email so that's telling me he's checking but only chooses to reply to what he wants to and I specifically said it's pertaining to my schooling smh. I don't think my family and I will be using them again. I feel like that's bad buisness when you have access to simply go into your files and sending me something so important. It shows me more than what I've expected from them and I've been a loyal customer for years. It really hurt me but I will be ok. I can never get anyone on the line even after leaving numerous vms

Omg this is my first time ever filling Taxes ever and im soooo glad I came to Taxshield. Terrance is amazing he got me back a good amount more than I thought I would do to the pandemic! He is great and he smells sooo good! Such a handsome gentlemen Im lock for life I want nobody but him

I would recommend having Amber at the location on Austin Peay service your tax needs. My return had issues and Amber got them solved quickly and confidently. She removed the feeling of being "just another return" for me. I live out of state and still received reputable service. Thank you so much.
