I went by the Chisca on main for a walk in. Katylin was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the apartments. She took the time for me to talk with her and get exactly what I needed. I would recommend any one to go stop by the Chisca on main. Katylin is one for the books! She’s the absolute best! I really enjoyed the Chisca on main!!!! Again, KATYLIN IS THE BEST!

Management is terrible. Especially Rodney. I went to look at an apartment with my wife and he doesn’t know anything about the building. And he doesn’t know how to talk to people. Honestly just don’t waste your time with this place.

I lived here for 2 years and had an amazing experience! I lived two other places in Memphis before finding the chisca and this place was by far the best. I felt safe and at home.

Living at The Chisca on Main so far has been a great experience. I want to highlight the amazing staff who made the move-in process much smoother. Bridget, the property manager, and Katylin in the leasing office were rock stars. Renting an apartment can be stressful principally in Memphis, but they were incredibly efficient, helpful, and communicative navigating everything quickly and clearly.
My first week here a snowstorm led to burst pipes in the city. I have to give a huge shoutout to Bridget and the team. She was responsive, quickly assessing the situation, and took action to make things right to accommodate residents who were without water, offering temporary solutions and keeping everyone informed throughout the process.
The building itself is beautiful, with a rich history that adds a unique character to the apartments. The location is noisy, but we are in the heart of downtown, and will be noisy. Even though there's some construction going on, the cleaning crew keeps everything spotless - major props to them for keeping things tidy under these circumstances! The maintenance crew on site is important. They are also great, fast, and efficient when fixing any issues. Everyone here is respectful and friendly, creating a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.
In Memphis, having peace of mind about your building's security is important, and The Chisca delivers
Of course, with so many residents, it's impossible to fulfill every request perfectly. But the management team here does an amazing job of being attentive and responsive. Highly recommend!

My husband and I toured Chisca On Main and were pleasantly surprised at how lovely it was. What a gem this historic building is and the character cannot be beat! We especially liked the convenient location and concierge. There aren’t many places in Memphis that have that big city touch and feel. The staff was especially helpful as we toured the property. Amber was so gracious and friendly and really outlined the whole onboarding process for us. I felt she went above and beyond by making us feel like we were a priority. We will be signing our contract soon!

I really like this place, the apartment is really cute and cozy, and the 24 hour gym is very nice for me because I work late hours and no other gym in the area really works for me, the people are nice and both neighbors are very sweet.

This company has poor management. I applied for an apartment and it took them a week to process my application when it took the apartment I eventually went with a day. After wasting a week of my life, they came back and told me the deposit would be double and I could not have the lease terms that were on the application I completed. During this time, they updated their website with the new deposit amount, leading me to believe the real hold up on my application was the time they needed to update their website. After I told them no I would not agree to those term and I want the hundreds of dollars I gave them for the application fees back, I have not heard from them. They are unprofessional crooks.
