Jazmine was amazing! She was not feeling great, but you wouldn’t have guessed it. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and had very good conversation skills. After a quick sign in process and some paperwork, I was taken back by Dr. Grant. He broke down exactly what he noticed could be causing my issues and made sure that I was not anxious or nervous by overexplaining things that I asked about. After my session, i felt like a totally new person. 10/10

I've only had my first adjustment and I felt no pain--I feel good...just a little sore in the tailbone but that's to be expected. Can't wait for additional treatments!!! THANK YOU!

I went in to Poplar Ave off 2-40 this morning and I love Dr. Bast! I'm signed up for a wellness plan as I continue my pregnancy. (Im 12 wks, and felt something was off! Had bad middle back pain and discomfort). Dr. Bast evaluated my discombobulations and told me what was going on in a thorough yet understandable way. I felt safe and well taken care of. He explained our plan for getting and keeping things back in alignment and it is very affordable as well! He made extra suggestions such as stretches, heating and cold packs, etc to really try to help get some relief. You can tell he is passionate about what he does and really cares about helping people feel better. The front desk girl was also great to talk with while waiting and very kind and personable! I really do feel good about my journey ahead knowing that I will be getting the best care around while I'm pregnant.

On my very first adjustment I felt pain on my rear shoulder blade. Initially they told me I would be sore but it wasn’t soreness I was feeling it was pain. I waited for a couple of days for the pain to go away and it never did. I went back to do another adjustment in hope the pain would go away and I still have pain sometimes in that area. I’ve never had pain In this area before and now I have to go see a professional and possibly get X-rays to find out what happen from this visit. I thought chiropractic suppose to help the client not hurt them?

I would rate 0 stars if given the option. They took $69 off my account a few days ago. I only went for a one time and paid for what I thought was a month but then I saw that I signed up for a 2 month NONREFUNDABLE WELLNESS PLAN? That is very shady I have not gone in a while over there due to finances and hardships. When I asked for my money back they refused and hung up the phone on me (Taylor was the lady who hung up on me). I need a refund of my $69, a manager to speak with me, or a corporate number to contact. I will be reporting to the BBB if this issue cannot be resolved and if you explain the plan before sneaking into your patients.

My first time going to a Chiropractor and I was pretty nervous but Dr. Starr is so great! He made me feel comfortable and I like how he shares his knowledge about what is going on so I can better understand the process.

Dr. STARR was amazing! It was my first experience; and he calmed me while also informing me of my health issues related to my spinal alignment. I left feeling so relieved and also so excited for future treatments!
