I am the Assistant Director at this location and my grandson loves it here. Ms. Lynn does a great job with him in our Prepper B classroom. And all of the staff knows when he is going to have a bad day and try to make it better for him and for that I’m grateful.

The staff at TLE are phenomenal. I love how teachers understand my child’s individual needs. The communication through the app is convenient to know how my child is doing throughout the day. There are various activities the children are able to engage in. I have noticed growth in my child socially and academically. I would recommend this facility!

The staff has gone above and beyond to ensure our child’s dietary needs are safely met every single day. They didn’t just acknowledge our concerns—they acted on them with competence and care. From careful meal planning to vigilant supervision during snack times, I’ve had peace of mind knowing my child is in capable hands.
TLE has small, intimate class sizes. The low child-to-teacher ratio means every child receives the attention and guidance they need to thrive, and the personal connections formed in such an environment have made a noticeable difference in our child’s confidence and development.
The curriculum is thoughtful, engaging, and age-appropriate—balancing structure with creativity and exploration. It’s been a joy to watch our child grow not just academically, but socially and emotionally too.

I love the learning experience and I knew it from my first tour! The staff is amazing and teachers are well experienced! Facility is always clean and my child loves it! Would definitely recommend!

TLE is such an amazing school. The staff is wonderful and very informative. Any time i have ever had a concern they always follow up in a decent time and manner. The curriculum is outstanding and my baby is thriving as the day goes by. I love it here and so will you!

How do I know if my kids are ready for this because my kids haven't been in daycare this will be their first time and my son is not use to me putting him down for a second

This is one of the best daycare in Memphis Metro area. Staff are welcoming and take care of kids seriously. Daycare is very clean and open. Overall I will recommend it, if someone is looking for a daycare.

Ms.Anju the center director has been pleasant to work with, as a parent she is available anytime I have any questions, she is very organized, takes pride in the center, and is simply very understanding. My child has been going to this center for over a year, and I can see a major difference, the learning is phenomenal!! Check out The Learning Experience!!

Our infant son started here a few months ago and we have completely fallen in love with this place. His teachers (Ms. Kim and Ms. Jayy) genuinely care about him and take great care of him. The facility is always clean. I would absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for daycare for your baby.

My daughter started at TLE in August of last year. Although I was a bit worried at the high turnover in leadership in the beginning, I can truly say that Ms. Anju and Ms. Diane have come in and made things so much better. Since being at TLE, my daughter has had a few classroom transitions. Her most recent transition is the first time my husband and I were properly informed on the transition process and everything was done up to TLE standards. We appreciate the care and love our family has been shown since Ms. Anju and Ms. Diane have been in place! Keep it up, TLE-Germantown!

Our daughter started here last summer when she was about 8 months old and we were very happy with it, especially the director and her teacher. Then there was a period of increased turnover at the director and staff level that worried us, but I am incredibly impressed with what Ms. Anju has done since arriving to make it better than when we started here last summer. We love Ms. Tiffany too!

The German town learning experience has done a tremendous job in turning the center around. The learning experience is now conducive to a learning experience. Kudos to the director and the assistant director.
