Please do not move here! This was a horrible experience, please save yourself the headache. New management, renovations, as well as better security is needed.

I stayed here me and my fiancé when she was pregnant only for about a month or 2 in the apartment. They kept adding on fees which I was paying then it got higher and higher . I still wanted to pay I just told them my fiancé was pregnant with my daughter Ingas to pay for baby things Also so it got harder but still was paying the lady said she will work with us just to wake up one morning to the police knocking at my door with an eviction letter . Even after the fat lady said she will let us pay late . Don’t listen to them they are liars and they to high .

I have lived over here for years and then I moved and came back. I never had a problem with the Staff and everything I needed done to my apartment it was done. But the first and Only problem I have experienced is that, they towed my car because they said I was over the yellow line. If it’s very dark out here it’s very hard to see the line and also I was parked across with the whole big opening lot is so it’s soooo much space out here. I feel it was wrong and the people that towed the car are targeting people “working people”. But other than that I’m ok. Pay your RENT like you suppose too and you won’t have no problemYou have til the 5th of the Month

Do NOT MOVE HERE! I’ve experienced the worst years of my life. Lakeshia Andrew’s (office manager) is a fat, lying and lazy POS! The apartment community won’t get better until she’s gone, she’d be better off managing a complex in the projects. Car would be towed for any reason at all, no lighting in the lot. The reviews aren’t a lie!

Roaches everywhere !!Not even a week in and they coming out . This is very disgusting and disappointing . Y’all don’t even move the stove to clean behind it . These apartments are just filthy and nasty. I’m not comfortable here ..I want my time and money back .

Horrible apartments. Very unprofessional maranda was very nasty and rude . They took 167 $ off my card and told me there was nothing they could do about giving me my money back because they never took it when it clearly says park at forest hill ! These apartments have went down since 2012 . New management needed .

My experience here has been great if I ever have an issue I call and they usually have someone there same day! Pest control comes every Wednesday as requested. All these negative reviews seem to come from people that couldn’t afford to live at the apartments or got evicted because of there decisions and let’s not forget people that don’t get there way love to leave negative reviews… my experience here as been outstanding and honestly it’s a very quite complex my neighbors are great and the golf course view is a great addition. My only true complaint is how they have internet already ran so you can’t out source the internet with like XFINITY etc… But the internet is good just pricey but what isn’t these days lol

The rent appears to be cheap with a catch. Must use their services to maintain the lease and only services through their dealings. 45/ internet, 13/alarm, 37/ Direct TV, 65/ Water,trash, 50 dedicated parking spots or free for everywhere else to park. It's free to park here, but everyone knows not to park on the back row for certain reasons of wanting not to replace their windows, rims, or the whole vehicle. The parking lot is super duper dark at night with very poor lighting and hard to see your car from your unit. Electric bill is the only thing you can control on your own. Must pay internet within 48 hours, or it will be disconnected, and there is a 75.00 reconnection fee and 10.00 per service call to MDU internet and can only be paid through paypal. Rent is due by the 5th, but they add all their add-ons on the 2nd, giving 3 days to pay. If received after that is 90.00 late fee. There is a fee for paying rent ranging from 5 to 50 per month regardless of how to pay directly through checking or debit or credit. There is always a fee. I'm currently paying 1300.00 an month, when I first moved in, it was 910.00, and the rates have quickly gone up.
You must buy your own washer and dryer. Which I prefer anyway. The ones they had were loud and not great at keeping your items wrinkle free. But, i forgot to measure when purchasing the washer and dryer, and it was a tight fit. The bathrooms have glass sliding doors that are made for people who are 5'5" or shorter. if you are taller than that, you will bleed out by hitting your head on the frame holding the doors on. They offer to remove them for me. I accepted. Hot water tanks are full size which a plus, and i suggest you ask them to turn up the temps to super hot water. The reason is the dishwasher wasn't cleaning the soap off my dishes for years and didn't realize there wasnt enough high temps of the water to clean properly to do so. That has been fixed. They're fast and efficient on maintenance requests and fixes, this is a plus for the size of this complex. But, my toilets are not bolted to the ground and can be tilted over if you shift your weight on it. The bolts are completely rusted off. They attempted to fix it but didn't work. It is what it is at this point. Moisture builds up the front window daily during the cold months, and a towel on the window sill catches most of the water that will cause mold and mildrew to grow inside your unit.
I'm reevaluating the issues that are driving me crazy here. A lot of small issues can add up to a breaking point. I've been here a little less than 3 years.

Been staying here since February and have nothing but negative things to say . I have put in a total of 3 tickets because my air keep going out. I have 2 small kids & the office does not give af. At this point I just want to stop paying rent. They be so quick to put you out when you're 10 days late they file eviction on you . The old management was so much better & they got stuff done but this new management is terrible ! I do not recommend anybody stay over here!

Please don’t move here I was wrongfully evicted. I was told that I had 14 days after court to pay all fines and late fees I did just that and was told that the eviction would stop now three weeks later while at work I get a phone from my three boys saying they are here and taken our things out me and my wife had to leave work only to find my kids stuck an a room and all my things being thrown into bags. The office manager lekeasha. Andrews was very nasty with us all we asked was why no warning and why keep then eviction if we met all the courts terms. I then was told that once an eviction is in then they can not stop LIES!!! Please be aware and I am contacting a lawyer

Front office will lie to your face about nearly anything. Been waiting on repairs since the day I moved in and, after months now, have not heard anything back. Cannot recommend staying here.
