One of my favorite stores. This location had the AC off it seemed at my last visit it was stuffy inside but otherwise happy as usual. My dog loves their bones and toys and I love the prices.

I drive from Independence Mississippi to the Germantown location because of the cleanliness, selection, staff kindness, management (they keep lines to reasonable levels) and as usual, I can always find what I want and need. I have complimented the manager in person but wanted to let people know that you can truly depend on this particular store for old fashioned , good customer service. Thank you!

I have never felt more humiliated in a store than at this TJ Maxx. The employees were unbelievably rude, refusing to help us and responding with disrespect when we asked for assistance. No one should have to experience this kind of treatment. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone who expects kindness and respect.

The employees at this TJ Maxx were extremely rude to my family. Not only did they refuse to help us, but they also responded in a very disrespectful manner. Customer service should be about assisting people, not making them feel unwelcome. I do not recommend this store to anyone looking for a respectful shopping experience.

great assortment of games/home goods. could use a clean up in the women’s pj/lingerie/undergarment section. it seems to be the same things for months now with a lot of items that have big holes or rips in them.
