I love torrid. but the store is closed during open hours. for a break, which i understand. what i do not understand is why they’re still closed 15 minutes past the time the sign says they will be back open.

Love this place!!! The clothes are too cute, the deals are amazing, and the customer service is outstanding. The employees are professional, courteous, patient, helpful, and are always wearing a smile. They are never pushy and always find a way to get you the best deal possible!
