“This location isn't always in top shape, but when I went yesterday (12.31.25) it was a 10/10 shopping experience! The beauty, home, and crafts aisles were sorted/displayed so well. They even did a good job in the clearance sections. I didn't go through the clothing section.
This was a huge difference from when I went shopping on Christmas Eve (the prior week), and the staff were being very vocal that the store was closing at 6:00pm. Which I understood because I've worked plenty of retail jobs before & have worked on holidays.
I also went to the TJMaxx on Park Ave this week, and it was the TJMaxx I'm used to - everything everywhere, no organization.”

“I went to Ulta at first to get perfume. There was no one to help. The one person who was there restocking the perfume was very stand off-ish. She was of no assistance and I face this alot when I go to this Ulta and many others.
I went across the street to Dillards and Raven was sooooo helpful and polite! She was very patient as well. I was way more happy to spend my money with Dillards than Ulta. I also got the matching lotion for free. Now Dillards you all do need to get a rewards program without the credit card so that shoppers can get money back!”

“Came in yesterday to find something for my birthday and it was cool until employee almost knocked me down carrying clothes, kinda gave me the impression that she thought I was trying to steal. Lesson: Everyone that comes in is not trying to steal just because they can't find anything because store likely doesn't have what customer is looking for. Treat Customers Right.”

“Went to lens crafters in Macy's, The staff was knowledgeable as well as helpful, especially Allison and Gwen. However it was extremely cold there to the point of my not being able to focus. I had previously picked out two pair of frames when appt was made. The worker assured me they will be added to my record, needless to say they were not! I did find another pair that I really liked. My point is the amount of time spent there was bitter sweet. Like I said the staff was great, but it was so cold there. I left with no order for glasses, and that's another story!! Somewhat disappointed, thou I accept some of the responsibility due to being so very cold.”
“I like this location on Lamar, they are always getting new clothes, accessories, electronics, etc. They have what you are looking for. I recommend this location to family, friends, and associates.”

“I allways find good deals there in the toy section and clearance is cool .they usually have lots of action figs barbies marvel dc multiverse mcfarland toys anime marvel marvel legends teenage mutant ninja turtles star wars stuff and so much more stuff plus they have clothes house wheres bedroom and bath stuff and some food candies even candles and of course clearance is cool too”

“I shop here often, the prices are reasonable and, they have the 1 dollar aisle with many useful items. A good place to get snacks, bread, butter,milk, canned goods,ect well rounded shopping.”
“I’m a HUGE Ross fan! 99 percent of my closet are Ross items. I must admit this location is not one I frequent often, but I went yesterday and EVERYTHING was perfect! Shelves were fully stocked, everything was neat and in place. And most importantly to me, the staff were friendly and willing to help. Vicky was in full work mode, but she stop to help my aunt and I and even chatted a little bit with us, without an attitude. It was another young lady that helped me as well, but I didn’t get her name. It is good to see that some people since care about giving good customer service. I will definitely be going to this location more often.”
