They even did a good job in the clearance sections. I didn't go through the clothing section. This was a huge difference from when I went shopping on Christmas Eve (the prior week), and the staff were being very vocal that the store was closing at 6:00pm. Which I understood because I've worked plenty of retail jobs before & have worked on holidays. My point is the amount of time spent there was bitter sweet. Like I said the staff was great, but it was so cold there. I left with no order for glasses, and that's another story!! Because of COVID-19, I now shop online. My first awful experience with Macy’s. In November 2020 I purchased a Bella Waffle Maker offering a $12 rebate - upon receipt, I printed the rebate form, enclosed the receipt and mailed it. It was received by you but I was denied the $12 rebate because it wasn’t received by you on time even though I was also given a tracking number - 947795134 - I tried tracing it but there was no tracking information available. I’ve tried contacting customer service online, email and phone to no avail. I’ve never received the $12 rebate even though I sent the filled out rebate form with the original receipt. Ulta Beauty moved out of Target last month, so Target moves its own beauty department in on Sept. 10. The retailer will open Target Beauty Studio in more than 600 stores and on Target.com, stocking more than 1,600 products from 90 prestige and emerging brands.
