Great protein shakes and you HAVE to try the protein waffles.
Mario is super friendly and always has a great attitude :)
Best part is I always leave feeling full and full of energy but not weighed down!

I have been going here pretty much daily for two+ year. Always so friendly and really cares about the product.
Switching my morning sugar and carb load out for a protein shake has made a big difference in my life. My sweet tooth doesn’t know the difference.
I really love my loaded teas, gives me a boost of energy and the flavors are always perfect. Some tea shops are watered down or just don’t have it right. These are always perfect!

So I have gone to alot of shake places over the years, but this is by far the best nutrition place in the city of Memphis. The family are nice, clean, always have many new shakes and teas for you to choose from. Please don't hesitate to come to this place. It will be a treat you will definitely want on to go!!!!!!

I rarely ever visit nutrition spots because I’m hesitant to try the different drinks. However, as a huge fitness buff, I am glad I visited Total Nutrition. The drinks are off the chain and also the protein bars are yummy and filled with a great amount of protein.The drink I ordered on my first visit is the Bahama Mama loaded tea. I love the tropical vibe it gives and also the colors are gorgeous. The loaded tea is filled with lots of caffeine and nutrients which helps keep you focused and energized for your day.. and get this only 25 calories per drink. You can’t get better than that with such a tasty drink. The drink does have 200mg of caffeine so I would recommend just one per day.Mario was also amazing! He helped me with the different drink choices and also was so welcoming which made this visit even 10x better.Total Nutrition is definitely going down on my regular visit list ❤️

The best! I've been to an embarrassing amount of nutrition tea places and this one takes the cake for cleanliness and quality. They have printed menus so you can see what's in things. Kind conversation while I waited. Perfectly crafted and mixed, so good.
